Aiming to improve health across the state of Florida, the OneFlorida Consortium is a collaboration of patients, professionals and researchers. The consortium is creating a learning network for the state where care lessons are systematically captured and translated into improved health, healthcare and health policy for Floridians.

This program encompasses 10 million patients through all of Florida’s 67 counties. Their partners work through 22 hospitals, 1,240 clinic settings and more than 4,000 physician providers.

Kendra Siler-Marsiglio, president of CommunityHealth IT, serves on the consortium as Florida’s rural health and MyHealthyStory representative.
