WellFlorida Council is pleased to announce that the following agencies have been awarded Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) mini-grants:

Florida Department of Health in Alachua County 

Accent Endocrinology

Thank you to all of those who applied, and congratulations to the awardees!

DSME is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to disease management that meets national standards. People with diabetes who complete a DSME program are better able to manage their disease and prevent or delay complications.
